 Stephanie is a dedicated gymnastics coach with 15 years of experience in the sport and five years coaching at East Pasco Gymnastics. She began training at age three at the same gym where she now coaches and later expanded her athletic background through additional sports and activities.

Her coaching style focuses on safety, discipline, confidence, and helping young athletes grow through structured skill development and positive encouragement.

Outside the gym, Stephanie has a lifelong passion for animal care, developed while growing up on a family farm and working with livestock and horses. Her involvement in 4-H and FFA strengthened her leadership skills and knowledge of animal husbandry. She is currently pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine and plans to specialize in large-animal care.

 Noah Besselman brings energy, athleticism, & more than a decade of competitive fencing experience to EPAC’s Ninja and Fencing programs. He has competed nationally & internationally, developing a strong background in all three fencing weapons, with saber as his specialty and passion.

As a coach, Noah enjoys sharing his experience with young athletes and helping them grow physically and mentally. He focuses on building confidence, coordination, strength, discipline, & new skills in a positive, encouraging environment.

Whether introducing an athlete to fencing for the first time or helping sharpen their technique, Noah strives to make every class challenging, rewarding, and fun. His goal is to help each athlete feel successful, stay active, & develop skills they can carry with them both in and out of the gym.

Coach Adriane Cooper’s love for cheer began in Converse, Texas, as a member of the Judson High School cheerleading program. She competed at the highest levels, earning multiple NCA and UCA National Championship titles, competing as a flyer in the Large Varsity division, and receiving NCA All-American honors.

After her competitive career, Adriane became an NCA cheerleader and began coaching athletes of all ages at cheer camps throughout Texas. She credits cheer with teaching her discipline, teamwork, dedication, and perseverance while creating lifelong friendships and memories.

Today, Coach Adriane brings that same passion and experience to the East Pasco Elite Bombshells Level 4 Senior All Star Cheer Team, where she is dedicated to helping athletes grow, work hard, and reach their goals.

 East Pasco has always felt like home to Gabrielle. She grew up in the gym and competed as a member of East Pasco’s very first competitive teams in gymnastics, cheerleading, and trampoline & tumbling.

Gabrielle began coaching in 2016 and has worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from recreational classes to competitive teams. Her experience as both an athlete and coach allows her to connect with athletes and share the same passion for these sports that began during her own childhood.

Today, Gabrielle is proud to continue giving back to the program that helped shape her. She enjoys helping athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and create positive memories while doing the sports they love.

 Carolyn Jackson is a student-athlete at Saint Leo University with a strong background in cheerleading, gymnastics, and acrobatics & tumbling. She competed in gymnastics through Level 10 and brings eight years of coaching experience working with athletes of different ages and skill levels.

Carolyn is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, believe in themselves, and work toward their goals. Blind in her right eye, she has never allowed that challenge to stop her from competing, coaching, or pursuing her dreams.

Her own experiences inspire her to encourage athletes who may feel limited by a challenge or obstacle. Through positive coaching, hard work, and determination, Carolyn strives to show athletes that they can continue growing, succeeding, and enjoying the sports they love.

 Erica Jerdan is a competitive and recreational gymnastics coach and choreographer with a background in both dance and gymnastics. She trained in dance for 10 years and competed as a member of a dance company before transitioning into gymnastics.

Erica had the opportunity to train under Lisa and Don Pitts and later became a member of their performing team. In 2020, she returned to EPG and began her coaching journey. She currently coaches recreational gymnastics through Xcel Platinum and enjoys helping athletes grow in confidence, skill, and creativity.

Gymnastics is also a family passion for Erica. She has loved watching her daughter thrive in competitive gymnastics and cheerleading and looks forward to sharing that same love of the sport with her youngest daughter as she grows.

Megan Kraus is an Assistant Principal for Pasco County Schools with deep roots in the local community. A graduate of Zephyrhills High School, she grew up playing basketball and volleyball before attending Saint Leo University, where she was a cheerleader.

Alongside her career in education, Megan has spent the past 25 years coaching gymnastics in Zephyrhills and has also coached cheer for the last five years. She has a true passion for athletics and enjoys helping young athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and grow both in and out of the gym.

Megan is grateful for every opportunity to continue coaching, mentoring, and supporting the athletes on her teams while sharing her love of gymnastics and cheer.
