About The Program
Get ready to run, jump, climb, swing, balance, and conquer the course! Our Ninja program combines fun and fitness with age-appropriate obstacles and challenges designed to keep kids moving and engaged.
Athletes develop strength, coordination, agility, balance, endurance, body awareness, and confidence while learning how to safely navigate a variety of Ninja-style obstacles. From climbing and swinging to jumping and tumbling, every class gives kids the opportunity to challenge themselves, learn new skills, and celebrate their progress.
Whether your child is brand new to Ninja or already loves tackling obstacles, our program provides a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment where every athlete can work at their own level.

Meet The Staff
Our Ninja program is led by Noah Besselman, who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love of movement to every class. Noah creates a fun and encouraging environment where athletes can challenge themselves, learn new skills, and build confidence along the way.
Through age-appropriate Ninja obstacles and activities, athletes will work on strength, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, body awareness, and problem-solving skills. From climbing and swinging to jumping, tumbling, and navigating obstacles, every class is an opportunity to move, explore, and conquer something new.
Noah believes that progress isn't about being the fastest or strongest—it's about trying, learning, and becoming more confident with every challenge.
