Team Requirements
ALL STAR D3 cheer teams: PUNCH FRONT, ROUNDOFF, BACK HANDSPRING & BACK TUCK. ALL STAR D2 cheer teams require skills like ROUNDOFF & BACK HANDSPRING. For ALL STAR PREP, the essential skills include BACK WALKOVER, BACKBEND & KICKOVER, which align with our cheerleading staff requirements.
