Our team is made up of skilled professionals with experience across each of our programs at our athletic facilities. Every staff member is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified and maintains membership with their respective sport’s governing organizations, helping us provide a safe, supportive, and positive environment for every participant in our fitness center. All adult staff members are background checked in accordance with state laws. Our coaches and junior coaches participate in ongoing education and training, regularly seeking opportunities to expand their knowledge, strengthen their coaching skills, and grow as professionals. We believe great coaches never stop learning. Our commitment to continued education allows us to stay current with best practices, safety standards, and evolving techniques while providing athletes with the highest quality coaching possible.

We offer a wide variety of programs, including Cheerleading, Circus (Little Big Tops), Fencing, Gymnastics, Ninja, and Trampoline & Tumbling, giving athletes of all ages and interests the chance to learn, grow, and have fun.
